By uploading or posting, you grant Frame a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process the information and content you provide through our Services, without any further consent, notice, and/or compensation to you or others.

2. Your Content

a. Posting content Frame allows you to post content, including photos, comments, links, and other materials. Anything that you post or otherwise make available on our Services is referred to as "User Content." You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post to Frame.

b. How Frame and other users can use your content You grant Frame and our users a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, and distribute your User Content. This license includes the right for Frame to make your User Content available to others for the publication, distribution, syndication, or broadcast on other media and services.

c. How long we keep your content Following termination or deactivation of your account, or if you remove any User Content from Frame, we may retain your User Content for a commercially reasonable period of time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Furthermore, Frame and its users may retain and continue to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute any of your User Content that other users have stored or shared through Frame.

3. Frame Rights

a. Change of Services We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Services for any reason, without notice, at any time, and without liability to you.

b. Advertisements We reserve the right to display advertisements on our Services, which may be targeted to the content or information on the Services, queries made through the Services, or from other information.

4. Security

We care about the security of our users. While we work to protect the security of your content and account, Frame cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures.
